The RTT Flow Index is within the RTT Market Timer (part of the RTT Plus service).
RTT Flow index is a weighted average of many inputs that include: NYSE advance and decline data, NYSE 52 week highs and lows, SP500 implied volatility, market breadth, to name a few. There is no price or volume from any index or stock included. The index allows the chart reader to see the big inflows and outflows while price action does something else. It is a excellent leading indicator to see weakness or strength.
Watch for:
1) Divergences between SP500 and RTT Flow Index
2) Higher highs, and lower lows sequence in or out of time with the SP500.
3) How far the RTT Flow Index extends during each SP500 swing.
4) Example here of its use.

It can cause the pendulum of a rising and falling market to swing gently back and forth by slight changes in the discount rate, or cause violent fluctuations by a greater rate variation and in either case it will possess inside information as to financial conditions and advance knowledge of the coming change, either up or down. This is the most dangerous advantage ever placed in the hands of a special privilege class by any Government that ever existed.
