yield-curve-control-lite--already-active-rtt-plusThe last time the FED ran Yield Curve Control (YCC) was 1940s, during and after WW2.

Post WW2 the stock market ran higher very quickly as inflation was allowed to run hotter than interest rates and the only way to protect your self from debasement was to buy RISK ON assets. YCC control ran for 9 years in the 1940s. WOW!

The massive debts incurred by the US during WW2 had to be inflated away, hence YCC was the tool the FED used to insure asset prices rose relative to debt levels. Those with assets made a killing, and those who did not didn't, hence the 1% got much richer.

The FED has not official stated they are doing YCC... but they are ! See below.

This why the SP500 has been up so hard since March 2020 COVID low.

But can the FED STOP, and let the SP500 fall .. hard ... ouch!

Charts say it all ...

Listen to the conversation on this subject below, the FED may blink ...
