Would you buy this stock?

 Would you buy this stock when the bearish Sept Oct period is near end.
Sure the SP500 is being marked down, and it may print 900. While the main index falls you must build up a portfolio of wanna be buys when the index finds support. You do know that the money printers will do all the can to get a bounce in stocks. So be ready, here is one we are watching, along with RGR, DLTR.
