 Oh my god a rating agency that is doing what it is supposed to do, make honest and professional judgments on the current state of affairs.
If the EU gets anywhere near what this fellow is saying, the US Dollar will rally hard, and so will hard metals (but not in a straight line) and stocks will be a lot lower. Investors are all central bank watches now.
