 You can be forgiven if you think he does. Cycles are just strange. Why do things happen when the do, and when they do, nobody could have for seen the catalyst. It seams, (as at New York Time 11.15pm) the Japanese earth quake may lead to a significant sell off in the equities markets, that is if you believe after hours futures market.
Hurst Cycles and Gann levels are just price and time zones where bad news is attracted to the peaks and good news is attracted to the troughs. Cycles and Gann tools are a must for a chartologist.
