Australia to enter a very sad period
The shakes from the Chinese economic slow down and Japanese JGB 10 yr rate increase are changing bullish sentiment in Aussie stocks and the much loved AUDUSD. Well at the very least started profit taking. The reader should know that the shakes will not stop for a while yet. RTT expects Australia to be starting its first recession in 23 years before 2013 year is over.
The Point N Figure chart shows more Net Up down volume on the down swings (red bars) than the (blue bars) up swings. See Purple arrows.
The long term channel chart shows trouble at resistance.
